Returns & Exchange Policy


All items are non-refundable.  I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.  But please contact me if you have trouble with your order at

However, in order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  This is only done on a case by case basis and under qualifying circumstances under the owners discretion.

Once an order has been marked "shipped" it is no longer eligible for a full return as I only take exchanges within 3 days of delivery date. I recommend reading the descriptions carefully before placing an order because the photos usually show how the piece(s) looks and how it can be paired with other necklaces.
